Kingsway Fish and Chips

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and I can’t stop thinking about it! The kababs were incredible—huge, tender chunks of meat bursting with flavor in every bite. And let me tell you, the burgers were just as impressive—juicy and full of rich taste. What really stood out to me were the sauces—they had this amazing aroma and added so much depth to the food. Oh, and the potato cakes are absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Even with a handful of fish & chip shops available within a few minutes of my home, I’d rather travel an extra 10 minutes or so to come here! Always delicious :) I also don’t mind the wait either - if I’m in a hurry I will call ahead. Otherwise, I enjoy the sunshine while they cook to order :) Always fantastic service too, very friendly and heaps of smiles! Best fish & chips (and burgers, etc) anywhere close. Honestly the closest to coastal fish & chips you could get inland :)

One of the batter places to get fish and chips in the area. 🙃 Crispy batter that didn't go soft and soggy when we got home. Good sized flake and generous amount of minimum chips. Lovely conversation with the owner here. A local favourite!
